Gregory Clark wrote an article in the LA Times with a strange premise: Don’t spend so much on foreign aid to third world countries, simply open the borders and tolerate immigration.

In doing so, the US would help the poorest people in the continent, and fill in the tremendous divide between the rich and the poor.

I’d like to hear your take on this…
