Considering Wordpress

I’ve been flirting with the idea of moving to Wordpress for years, but don’t want to lose all my Google Page rank. Fortunately, there are some Wordpress plug-ins that seem to address the issue. I’ll be testing it to see if it works as intended. In the meantime, though, I though you’d might like to give your opinion as to the new design, before it’s final.

I wouldn't even know where to begin moving my blog. One funny thing is that when I was thinking of changing up my blog, I considered that same template.

While the notebook style seems like the "you" I know, the upper background doesn't seem like you.

I like the handwritten notes (older, debris, etc.)

I don't like the archives in a frame. I often check the recent articles when I find a new blog or one I haven't visited in awhile, but I have never clicked a month in a frame! Maybe it's just me, but I don't want to make that big of a commitment. ;-)

That's it for my comments. I'll follow you where you go or whatever your blog looks like.

Hi Gringa, thanks, I like Wordpress, but I can't find a decent template, I think I'll end up making my own, like I did with Pensieve.

But the biggest sale-breaker for me is that you need to do some juggling to get Wordpress to preserve your permanent links…I'm still working on that.

Make the move!
