UN Secretary-General Bam Ki-Moon is withdrawing aid for the Supreme Electoral Tribunal temporarily. This is largely because of Zelaya’s presence in Tegucigalpa. He said “turmoil” made the elections “not credible”. But we will have elections anyway.
